Who has the copyrights of the final designs?
Logoindigo will provide complete ownership and copyrights to the customer for the designs when the product is delivered. Before the finalization of the project, the ownership and copyrights will be held by Logoindigo.
Why the print version of the design changes its original color?
You'd have to change your printer settings to match the design format. Not every printer has the same color palette as your design samples.
What are Pantone Colors?
It's a universal standard set by the professionals around the world. It's a jargon that makes it easy for the designers, print shops and customers to communicate. Using Pantone Colors is beneficial because it keeps the color of the design same even when you print it.

How long does it take to get initial concepts?
Once you have placed an order, Logoindigo starts working on your idea and it takes between 24 to 48 hours for the initial concepts to get ready. In case of urgency you can go with the rush delivery option for quicker turn-around time of 24 hours. The initial concepts are uploaded in customer's account area.
What if I don't like any of the initial logo concepts?
You have the option to either request a revision or a refund. Read our refund policy and money back guarantee section for details. Customer can ask for unlimited revisions until he is 100% satisfied, but once a revision has been ordered, the refund policy doesn't stand. Furthermore, customer can also upgrade the package for additional new concepts.
The color of the design samples change when being viewed on different monitors. What to do?
Your monitor has its own screen settings that might not match with the colors of the design. You'd need to adjust the screen settings and color setup of your monitor. There isn't any way to create a design that shows same color on every monitor.
Do I have the freedom to edit my business cards and stationery?
Definitely. You can either change or edit the size or design of your business card and other stationery items via using Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. We provide final file sin multiple formats allowing you to change the design as your need.
What is the best color mode to use for printing?
Logoindigo recommends you to use Pantone Colors while printing the design samples. For professional printing, Pantone colors are recommended worldwide. For home purpose printing, CMYK colors are used.
